It’s been a long time since I’ve sat back with a big bottle in front of me, 10%-er to boot, but I have nothing to do and nowhere to go but sit and enjoy the garden and listen to the birds.
Great ride today. Sometimes the energy is there, the vibe, the coming together of legs and lungs and sky and sun, singletrack and doubletrack, zero agenda, simply wanting to ride.
Oh wow, that is bananas and cloves and peppercorns and doesn’t feel like 10% as it goes down. Uh oh.
Loved and laughed out loud the other day when I saw the e-bike charging station. What a hoot! Well, I guess good ole’ fashioned humor and ribbing isn’t lost … yet.
Can we start a fund to put these up at all trailheads where e-bikes are permitted? I’m going to look into that. Contact some people. Might cost, I dunno, $25 for the materials and labor, at most, but if volunteers install them? Need permission from land managers to put them at info boards/kiosks? Likely so.
Still, worth checking into and maybe, just maybe, we all can laugh a little … but also educate and raise awareness?
Maybe?
Perhaps?
Night Lizard makes solid beer, period. Wrens are building a nest, I think. Rabbit on the bottle. Rabbits in the back yard. Coyotes in the canyon. Rabbits. Coyotes. Food chain.
Beer chain?
Chain ring.
Ring around the rosie.
