whites like a carpet of snow
below a canopy of green
with dapples of sunlight
falling from the big blue sky
turn, turn, turn the cranks
revolutions of joy go round
and round and round and round
transporting the human and
bike up and over and then down
a coyote appears and scampers away
looking back over shoulders we
both do and make eye contact
a kind of hello and goodbye as
the breeze blows and grasses sway
There Does Not Exist is a brewery in San Luis Obispo. They are quietly making waves in the beer scene in these parts. Beechwood Brewing is in the L.A. area, an Orange County stalwart. Both are purveyors of fine beer.
