Note: I’m a writer, not a salesperson. (Here’s an attempt at it, though … not the writing part.)
Well, Mountain Biking is a Political Act, my essay here on MTBeer, the first installment of my new column titled Fully Rigid, has made its way to the top offices of STC and IMBA. I will be talking about it with some major players from both organizations next week via phone.
When I wrote the essay, I said what I wanted to say, what I felt needed to be said. No editor, publisher, or sponsor was taken into consideration when writing it. This is exactly the kind of example that serves as proof of the importance and need for independent journalism. MTBeer is now on the radar of key mountain biking organizations.
Thank you, readers of MTBeer, for your support. I assure you that in the MTBeer newsletters/emails/subscriptions you will not receive any advertisements or paid content from sponsors. You, the readers, with your subscriptions, are the motivation to keep this going.
Look what we’ve done in 2 weeks!
Cheers!
James
P.S.—paid subscribers will have access to promos/discounts from mountain biking and beer businesses around the globe (I can actually/officially say that!). There’s a big community of us out there. Go say Hi to fellow MTBeer friends and save a little cash while doing so. The first handful of promos/discounts go out on January 1, 2021.
Share MTBeer with people you know. Come on…do it now!
Kind of crazy. Thank you, Susie. I'm guessing you posted it to social media and it went everywhere from there. When we're all immunized, an evening of Latin jazz and beers/tacos at Border X is in order.
How rad is that!
